Wow...what a workout. I'm an older student but have been doing yoga off and on for about 15 years and find this to be an extremely difficult dvd. Unless you're an accomplished student, you might be better off getting one that is a little easier to do. It will take me quite some time to get through the whole dvd.

Great workout. Challenging but still doable. Even though I've been doing it for a while, this workout continues to challenge me and gives me sore muscles every time. The perfect blend of hard workout with yoga breathing emphasis and focus. I love it!

Both the core and Vinyasa sequence workouts are tough, but I love the challenge and I love the fact that one is encouraged to be kind to their body and build up strength and flexibility gradually.

This is a difficult workout but takes you slowly through it and allows you to build up to where you want to be at your own pace.
