This is amazing because you have 2 practices to choose from plus a relaxing pranayama at the end, and the warm up exercises in Practice 2 for stress relief, actually WORK with minimum effort. I do an energizing practice in the morning but tried Practice 2 before bed the other night and WOW! It was amazing the subtle calming effect it had on my nervous system. Baxter Bell's informative info on the physiology of stress is very good information both for yoga and for living. I really like this video and look forward to memorizing the Yoga for Stress Relief practice to extend the restorative postures both in the evening and whenever I just feel overwhelmed by stress. Well done.
