I love this video and Jason Crandell. This is my second Jason Crandell video. I have over 100 yoga videos and I think he is one of the best instructors, if not the best. His practices are perfect for someone like me who doesn't always have a lot of time to do my yoga practice. They are perfect for the times of the day indicated and just the right pace and level for me - not too easy or too challenging to be frustrating. I consider myself intermediate. I highly recommend to anyone, even beginners can adjust their practice to these videos.

Excellent - quick programs, that fit into a busy schedule and provide what they say, slow energizing for morning, stress-relief for midday, and calming for evening. Great to roll out of bed into, and into bed from. Even if you oversleep or end up working til late in the night, you can still easily fit in 20 minutes. Excellent DVD. Glad I purchased it.

Each routine was very do-able yet still offered me some challenge to work out my kinks. Jason's voice is very calming and easy to listen to. His instructions are easily understood so that I can close my eyes and move through the routine without having to always watch the video. The length of a routine nicely fits into a lunch hour with time left to relax and eat lunch after yoga.

I first heard of Jason Crandell from the Yoga Journal 21-Day Challenge as he was one of the instructors in the daily routines sent out. I like his style of explanation and this DVD provides quick workouts for different times of the day when you don't have much time to commit and still want a valuable workout. The short interview with Jason also provides good pointers on helping to stick to a regular practice at home.
