This is a fantastic set of DVDs. The sequences are varied inl length and also in poses and intensity of work. The instructions are clear, you can quite quickly start to practice by listening only, thereby deepening your own mindfulness and awareness of your body. There is something for everyone even more advanced students.

I really enjoyed the 21 Day Yoga Challenge and I am glad that it was put on video for us to purchase. There was much to learn, even for a yoga instructor. Now, I can review them at home at my own leisure!

I heard about Yoga Journal's 21-Day Challenge from a friend this year and decided to join. It was a great experience and lots of support. The daily emails with 15-60 minute routines sent through made it easy to stick to the challenge and provided lots of variety to keep me motivated. I enjoyed a number of the routines so much I archived the emails to refer back to later. I was ecstatic when I found this DVD online for purchase and immediately bought it to have the sessions available to me even when internet is not. I would highly recommend this purchase from Yoga Journal because it highlights a number of different instructors and provides a wide variety of morning and afternoon routines ranging in duration. The option for the 15-20 minute sessions is a bonus because often times we can't commit to setting aside an hour so you can choose these shorter sessions and still feel like you've done something worthwhile.

Love it! Wonderful yoga sequences. I have it on my computer because I subscribe to have them emailed to me. But it's nice to take with me to work. I can do my yoga on my lunch breaks or where a computer is not handy.
