The videos look good, but I had questions about how to transfer them to my Ipad or Ipod. I called and left messages twice and no one ever called back. Video's 4 & 5 stars. Customer service 2 stars.

I've bought "Complete beginner's guide" a couple of weeks ago. When I first tried to download it, I got one small file without sound. I wrote a letter to Yogajournal store and the problem was solved in no time - I've got new link to complete file, and I LOVE this guide! Yoga is new experience for me, I've started my practice only 4 weeks ago, and the "Complete guide" is the most understanable and beginner's friendly tool. Thank you all both for your products and for your customer's friendly bysiness-style!
