I purchase this video to learn about alignment on each pose. Everytime i see it i learn something new, its also good for home practice since this is the only way to get better at the poses. The instructions are very clear and it also explains you what the common mistakes are and how to correct them. The medical commentary is a plus sign which explains what the benefits of each pose. This video is very educational and helpful. I do recommend it to anyone who is thinking about starting the yoga practice. It helps you understand and comprehend the poses, you won't be clueless on your first class.

What makes this excellent video a cut above is having the opportunity to watch it with a voiceover by a medical doctor who is also a yogi. Although a long-time practitioner, I am now disabled and the commentary was itself worth the price of the video because of the insightful information I learned about my practice. I really like the video a lot and although generally not a video practitioner, definitely will be practicing to this one! Please consider more medical options in future videos, well done.
